1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Blur Your Bub mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. App Description

Blur Your Bub is a photo and video editing application that allows users to blur faces and objects, add emoji stickers, and process media content while protecting privacy.

4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In
• You may also use the App in guest mode without creating an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Premium Subscriptions

• Blur Your Bub offers premium subscription plans with enhanced features
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis
• Premium features include unlimited processing without watermarks and EXIF cleaning capabilities

5.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or years

6. Paywall and Subscription Management

6.1 Superwall Integration

• We use Superwall to manage paywall presentations and subscription offers
• Superwall helps us display subscription options and track conversion metrics
• Superwall processes subscription-related data to optimize paywall performance

6.2 RevenueCat Integration

• We use RevenueCat to process subscription payments and manage entitlements
• RevenueCat handles subscription billing, renewals, and cancellation
• RevenueCat provides secure payment processing through Apple's App Store

6.3 Data Sharing for Subscription Services

• We share subscription-related data with Superwall and RevenueCat to provide these services
• This includes user identifiers, subscription status, and purchase events
• These third-party services maintain appropriate data protection standards

6.4 Subscription Analytics

• We use aggregated subscription data to improve our service offerings
• This includes conversion rates, subscription preferences, and feature usage
• No personal media content is shared with these services

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Permitted Uses

• Personal photo and video editing for privacy protection
• Sharing edited content in compliance with applicable laws
• Educational and non-commercial use

7.2 Prohibited Uses

• Creating or distributing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Using the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. User-Generated Content

8.1 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create using the App
• You grant The Developer of Blur Your Bub a limited license to process your content for App functionality

8.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you create and share
• You must not upload content that infringes on others' rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

9. Privacy and Data

9.1 Data Processing

• Your photos and videos are processed locally on your device
• We do not store your media content on our servers
• Usage statistics and account information are stored securely

9.2 EXIF Data

• Premium users can optionally remove EXIF metadata from exported images
• This includes location, camera, and timestamp information
• EXIF cleaning is performed locally on your device

10. Service Availability

10.1 App Functionality

• We strive to maintain App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

10.2 Updates

• App updates may be required for continued functionality
• Updates may include new features, bug fixes, and security improvements
• You agree to install updates to maintain App functionality

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 App Ownership

• Blur Your Bub and all related content are owned by The Developer of Blur Your Bub
• The App, including its design, code, and features, is protected by copyright and other laws

11.2 User License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
• This license is personal, non-transferable, and revocable
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED

12.2 Limitation of Damages

• The Developer of Blur Your Bub SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION
• THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Developer of Blur Your Bub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by User

• You may stop using the App at any time
• Cancelling your subscription terminates premium access

14.2 Termination by The Developer of Blur Your Bub

• We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate the App service with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Developer of Blur Your Bub operates
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction

15.2 Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication
• If disputes cannot be resolved, they may be subject to binding arbitration
• Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law

16. Changes to Terms

16.1 Modification Rights

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

16.2 Notification

• We will notify users of significant changes to these Terms
• Notification may be provided through the App, email, or other means
• Users are responsible for reviewing updated Terms

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Developer of Blur Your Bub regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
